"Tried via delivery for first time today. 10/10 Tri-tip Sandwich. Meat was incredibly tender and delicately smoky, the highest level of tri-tip I've tasted outside of Texas. Fresh chimichurri added levels. HEIRLOOM TOMATO SALAD was a seasonal star, heirlooms were juicy and ripe and there were plenty of them amongst the tang of balsamic and firm backdrop of creamy mozzarella slices. Vegetable sandwich had loads of fresh roasted veggies that were delicious, and had an unusual savory spread (vaguely Middle Eastern?) However the crusty grilled baguette its made with is too thick and hard to crunch—this sandwich might be better deconstructed as grilled veggies with a side of thin sliced grilled sourdough and spread? "So disappointing. Very bland & overpriced for the quality. We've tried Jacob's a couple of times because so many people like it but I just don't get the hype. It's like processed food from the '80's if you're into that sort of thing. Worst garlic bread I've ever had in my life & it's so rasy to make good garlic bread, esp with all the great bakeries in Sonoma. Instead of just fresh bread with butter & garlic as advertised, it tasted left over and had some kind of weird tasteless cheese melted on it. We ordered a half order of garlic bread & were charged $8. I called to ask about the charge & she said that was the charge for Door Dash & a full order is $10. The online menu for DD said $3 for a half order. Why? The lobster ravioli didn't even taste of lobster, only cheese & the shrimp on top were the cheapest tiny little ones in a tasteless cream sauce. The eggplant parm was just sliced eggplant and chunks of eggplant in tomato sauce with a little cheese. The sauce was good & the mixed veg that came with it was the best part of the whole meal. Caesar salad had a watery dressing & stale generic croutons. My guess is they didn't dry the romaine & used a cheap bottled dressing. It's like they aren't even trying to put good quality food in front of customers. Our order was over $100. Never again. "
