"Tried via delivery for first time today. 10/10 Tri-tip Sandwich. Meat was incredibly tender and delicately smoky, the highest level of tri-tip I've tasted outside of Texas. Fresh chimichurri added levels. HEIRLOOM TOMATO SALAD was a seasonal star, heirlooms were juicy and ripe and there were plenty of them amongst the tang of balsamic and firm backdrop of creamy mozzarella slices. Vegetable sandwich had loads of fresh roasted veggies that were delicious, and had an unusual savory spread (vaguely Middle Eastern?) However the crusty grilled baguette its made with is too thick and hard to crunch—this sandwich might be better deconstructed as grilled veggies with a side of thin sliced grilled sourdough and spread?
