I noticed no napkins or utensils in the bag (those should be included in the bag for to-go orders, especially with the premium prices they charge). I flagged down a 2nd server, who pointed me toward a utensil station. I go to the station - NO forks or napkins. I flagged him down again, and he gave me some from the supply cabinet. Hopefully the sit-down service is better. Also, it would be good if they had more vegetarian options, such as veggie sausage and bacon, and more vegetable dishes in general. The online menu for DD said $3 for a half order. Why? The lobster ravioli didn't even taste of lobster, only cheese & the shrimp on top were the cheapest tiny little ones in a tasteless cream sauce. The eggplant parm was just sliced eggplant and chunks of eggplant in tomato sauce with a little cheese. The sauce was good & the mixed veg that came with it was the best part of the whole meal. Caesar salad had a watery dressing & stale generic croutons. My guess is they didn't dry the romaine & used a cheap bottled dressing. It's like they aren't even trying to put good quality food in front of customers. Our order was over $100. Never again. "
