"ok... this was our first time ordering from this place and I was super nervous because I am very critical about Japanese food because it's one of my favs. I gotta say... while they are pretty pricey- the order we got was very good. we got the chicken teriyaki dinner and the special grilled chicken (with the vegetables and fried rice). The flavors were wonderful and the portions were good. Only real issue was that the yum yum sauce (that I paid extra for the big container) didnt really match up to the same standard as everything else... it was more like a creamer light thousand island dressing. I still think KOBE has the best yum yum sauce but over all- we will happily order from KAWA again... especially if they keep the same quality and portions. If it was more affordable- I would probably even order from there every week to be honest. "
