"I'll just say it- This stuff is delicious. The hummus that came with the Kufta was to die for, and the Za'atar Chicken was well-assembled with great ingredients (The three dips that came with were also a pleasant surprise, though not the light brown one- that one is... a little hard to place/pair with). The only thing that's holding back this place is the fact that there's just... so... little. While I know food prices have gone up in the past year, I cannot justify the prices I paid, the portion sizes were disappointing no matter how great it tasted (and don't get me wrong they tasted great). I would definitely come back/order again, but only every now and then."

"I've ordered from Jackie and Son's multiple times and they have ALWAYS delivered. I am partial to their Blueberry Pancakes, but I substitute the blueberries for chocolate chips. I wake up thinking about them--they're THAT good. I have to say that they are probably the best pancakes I've ever had. I am also a fan of their Mint Lemonade & Rosewater, which has the perfect balance between tart and sweet. I can tell how much care they put into each dish they've made. The one star is for the hummus otherwise this would be zero stars. Souvlakeria, Pita on Essex and chutzpah kitchen also in the area are much better options. Even the barebones Beyond Pita in Montclair is better."

"I order the Chicken & Gyro Platter and it was mainly a rice gyro platter with a hint of chicken. The salad was ok outside of all the sauce. It had a lot of potential if only it had as much chicken as the other meat being that chicken was the main reason I ordered it."
