"Fortune Five is by far my most favourite restaurant. I only tried their pork and century egg porridge and seafood porridge for the first time about 2 years ago and their chicken feet and Steamed pork ribs and omg they are sooo tasty! I would have gone a lifetime with never knowing how good those dishes are (especiall chicken feet which i would have balked at when i was younger) if it hadnt been for my lovely Philipino future daughter in law! I thought I'd try those dishes at quite a few other restaurants but NO-ONE comes even remotely close to those particular dishes in taste and value for money!! I usually try one other dish on their menu and it's ALL ALWAYS consistently good! I now order enough to freeze and defrost to eat every night of the week and rarely have something different. When I run out I order again and AGAIN IT'S ALL SOOOO GOOD!!! I can't thank you enough!"

"I ordered Chicken Chow Mein Crispy Noodles. Would not order this again. It tasted as though it had been made in advance or leftovers, then reheated in a microwave. The chicken was extremely tough. The noodles were crispy but tasted like again leftovers and been re-fried numerous times. They were shrivelled to almost nothing, on the edge of being burnt and so hard they were inedible. Very disappointed. Not value for money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! "

"Somewhat disappointed based on the busy-ness of this store. The dishes which are hand made are generally good. Steam Char Siew Bao was yum, noodles in Pan Mian Soup were good. but the Kl Wanton Mee had a tiny amount of mince meat, nothing like the bbq meat in the photo. mostly just bland, oily noodle, half a tiny bokchoy and a sprinkle of mince, and very little flavour, barely any sauce, just oil. meatballs in the Pan Mian Soup were dry and crumbly, and they only provided enough soup to half cover the ingredients. it was not awful food but definitely didn't seem worth the hype."
