The Dry Fried Cauliflower 干煸花菜 is another dish to try, be warned it may be more spicy and mouth numbing than the Mapo. The only dish I did not enjoy is the Steamed Chicken with Chili Sauce 口水鸡, the chicken was tough and the dish not as flavorful as I've had it elsewhere. "
