The quesadilla is big enough to share (it's going to take me three days, to finish it ), the fries were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of cheese sauce and the coleslaw (I'm very particular about my slaw) was perfect (not as perfect as my moms, if she's reading this ). Now, let's talk about the bbq and cheese sauce. I'm an NC girl, if I'm going to eat bbq, it has to be vinegar based... USUALLY. Not in this case, the sauce was perfect, not too sweet, with just enough twang. I loved it! The cheese sauce was flavorful and complimented the quesadilla perfectly. Am I a bbq girl?
