"First of all, I don't know how I have not heard about this place. Donuts are my guilty pleasure but not all donuts are created equally. Honestly, the only donuts that I’m obsessed with are the ones from that huge chain donut place in Foley that will occasionally have the “HOT DONUTS” sign turned on. I'm not sure I can mention the name, but it has KK in the name 🤔 Anyway, today I woke up with a fever and felt rotten. I had to call out of work and didn't feel like fixing myself breakfast so I decided to browse through my DoorDash app. That's when I came across HONEY BUN DONUTS & KOLACHE'S. I reluctantly ordered several jelly-filled donuts, a bear claw, and a Kolache (I did not eat all of this at one time 😂) Omg...was I ever surprised! Y'all these donuts were so fresh. I never in my life thought I would say this but these donuts were bigger, better, and fresher than KK donuts. I can't even put into words how excited I was to find amazing donuts that are in my area and are a 10/10 in my opinion. I also ordered a kolache and it was just as delicious. I just popped it in the microwave for about 8 seconds to warm it up. Kolaches were another thing that I had never known about until last year. Crazy! The only thing I hate is that I'm just now discovering this amazing place. I highly recommend and I most definitely will be returning. I can't wait to try some of the other things that are on their menu. Now that I have discovered this place and know how close it is to me, I could be in trouble. 😂😬"

You could taste the ginger, but it was well balanced, and there was no bitterness or texture issues from the spinach. The Vegan Coffee Mocha was good too, just not as flavorful as I expected. Probably because it uses dates and cacao. So the health benefits are worth the slight drop in flavor.
