I managed a locally owned cafe (in TX) for years, which turned me into a caffeinated beverage snob. "The spam Grilled Spam Musubi was alright, but the "slice" of spam was more like a sliver. The whole thing kind of fell apart after my first bite and I had to eat the rest with with a fork. The Chicken Katsu Plate was very rough. The rice was cold and congealed into a big gummy mess. The chicken was hot, but very rough and chewy, with way too much breading and not enough meat.
