There is absolutely no reason you should be making 2-3x profit margins on your locals, mine as well get into realestate if you like completely wrecking your clients wallets. Like I said, great food, but should be priced NO WHERE near where it is. I can go to the stadium and get a burger 2-3x as big, tastes better for less than 15. Consider that. Really depends on if youre just passin time or if youre here to stay. New generation coming up will not let this business survive with prices like that.
