The Housespecial fried rice is a mix of standard fried rice chicken, beef, pork and shimp.The fried rice is very well cooked being tender, soft and fluffy with individual grains not sticking together which is a wonder sign of well cooked rice. The meats are tender as well but still holding on to their individual qualities making it obvious which piece you're eating. Altogether it creates a smash hit.
