"I had very high hopes for this restaurant nd I was a bit disappointed. I asked for mix rice and I got the pea rice instead. I can't eat peas so I turned my focus to the beef stu. the beef stu had great flavor tho it was a bit dry. the portion that u get for 18$ is indeed a joke. I could literally hold the meat in my hand and i were a size sm/med. glove. I needed my food in separate containers b/c I can't eat my food if it is touching, they were great in respecting my wishes. the macaroni salad that I didn't know came with the meal was very flavourful and u got a good portion. had bits of tuna in it so I very much enjoyed that.
I just wish I could eat more then just some pieces of beef nd macaroni. In all account I'm not sure if I will order again."

"Quart - I had mango, lemon blueberry. I love water ice and haven't had it all summer, so I got a mix of my favorite flavors. They never disappoint. you can tell the water ice was freshly scooped bc the texture was smooth and my spoon glided easily into the water ice. The flavors are robust but not excessively sweet. the mango tasted like I was eating an actual mango, the blueberry was subtly sweet and the lemon was fresh and cool 😋

"Plátano frito as dessert. Not what I expected or thought. Impressed and reminded how something simple is tastier than something complex. Kudos to y'all, I was reminded of my childhood.
Chilaquiles with steak. Steak was very good, salsa verde was very flavorful, no where near as spicy as I'd hope but still tasty. Chilaquiles are meant to be crunchy even when after drenched in salsa by a reasonable margin, I'm not sure why, but they were more soggy than I expected even from a delivery take out.
The huarache base was made by hand as described, they did unfortunately skimped out on the quantity of pastor on it, but not by a lot. Maybe it's their style here? Could use a bit of balancing, does not feel like much of an in house seasoning (pastor), but I could be wrong. I still ate all of it. No food should be wasted.
Horchata and Jamaica water (at least this batch) were very well balanced not overly sweet that gives that weird aftertaste.
This review is done by a Mexican who was actually born and raised there, I'm a modest food connoisseur & critic as well. (Just not profoundly professional)

"Tonight we ordered the fish and chips. I added 12 shrimp and 4 mozzarella sticks. I wish i took a photo of it was so delicious. The fish was crisp on the outside with the most delicate, flaky and moist fish. The chips were good, still warm and crispy. The shrimp were pefectly cooked. The portion size, with the purchase of the extra shrimp and mozzarella sticks was a perfect meal for two. Thank you for a fantastic meal! we highly recommend and will definitely order this again!"

This is my first time ordering from here & I had come to this area from the Allentown area where there is an ABUNDANCE of rich latin cultural cuisine, small mom & pops on just about every corner in the city, all this say Im extremely tuned in on Spanish food & in this instance, im sorry to say, but the pastry to meat ratio in the empanada is almost horriafying. I saw the empanadas are rated normally extremely high, thats either because A. just mine happened to be bad or B. the people doing these rankings really haven't had anything to compare it too. The taste overall was great I will point that out but the meat content was atrocious. The meat may have filled a large spoonfull after taking the entire pastry apart. We're talking 50 to 1. 50 parts pastry to 1 part meat."
