"I love Ichiddo, so I was super excited when this location opened up a few blocks away from me! Not only that but their menu has quite a bit more selection than other locations! Just got some Spicy Miso Ramen to warm myself up this time, but substituted for udon noodles and added bean sprouts. As always it was an excellent meal! Broth was so flavorful with just the right amount of spice, the pork belly was the perfect consistency with great flavor, noodles were tasty and filling. The food came out piping hot and was still nice and warm by the time I got it home. I love the separate packaging for the broth and goods, makes it so easy to reheat and enjoy at home!
