The Honey chicken had very small pieces with dark breading, I'm guessing likely caused by fryer oil not being properly changed or filtered. The Pad Thai was semi sweet and flavorless with thin rice noodles like mei fun and not larger diameter flat noodles. It seemed stained from a very non traditional reddish sauce of sorts (zero tamarind flavors). The crab rangoons were pretty much up to normal standard as well as the egg roll. Sorry Tai Pan, you have always served quality products prior to this exchange. "
