"Worst Firehouse experience I have every had. The chili was cold and burnt tasting and for what I paid a very small quantity (the small container was only half full). My side salad was full of brown lettuce, not sure how anyone could serve this to a customer. My Beef and Cheddar Brisket was bland and without cheese. Overall disappointing"

"Lobster was frozen, clam strips were frozen and so difficult to chew that we had to dispose of half of them, the dozen oysters had to weigh less than three ounces, the lobster bisque was so bad that even my mother, who has notoriously bad taste, ended up throwing it out, and the key lime pie was, put simply, the worst key lime pie I have ever had in my entire life--it had a sandy texture and tasted awful.
