The flavor of the Beef with Mixed Vegetable was excellent due to the brown sauce, however, the beef itself was not tender, which was disappointing and not a great value. This is because they were generous & it was loaded with the tough Beef with Mixed Vegetables in this dish. The Vegetables in the Beef with Mixed Vegetable were very fresh, tender with some crunch to them. The brown sauce was delicious. The No.21 Shrimp Egg Foo Young was a bit too salty (the gravy) but the shrimp were a great size and very fresh. The Pan fried dumpling were Chicken dumplings with a sauce that needed more *sweet/salt/sour balance. It was more on the salt & vinegar tasting side. The Egg Roll (1) (we got three) and Vegetable Spring Roll (1) (we got three) were tasty a d tender in the inside while crispy in the outside. Very Good and so was the dipping sauce. The *Hot & Sour Soup was so-so. It tasted more like a sour mushroom soup with all the mushroom on it. It needed more balance in flavors. Try it for yourself and you decide. Hope you Enjoy!"
