"Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating I can give, but this is honestly the first time I wish I can give negative stars. First and last time ordering from here. I got the hot open pot roast sandwich which comes with soup or salad, potato and vegetables. So under special requests I asked for a side of extra gravy and either curly fries or a baked potato. The bag was very light so I knew the amount of food was going to be disappointing. Really what I received was incredibly sad and disgusting, especially for the price. The only side I got was a salad with NO dressing. They didnt give me any potatoes or veggies. The "pot roast" was some low grade meat on 2 thick slices of bread to make it look like more with some orange- brown gravy. More on the orange side. I've never seen pot roast gravy that color . So I am grateful they didn't give me the extra side that I asked for, since it was beyond gross. Definitely my worse food delivery ever. I don't understand how a place that serves food like this manages to stay in business. So gross I couldnt even consider trying something else from them. "

"I order a lot from here, love dunkin as well. It's always good, but a 50/50 on who prepares it. Sometimes you get a kid who doesn't care and just wants to get through the day, and sometimes you get someone who actually does everything correctly. The sourdough sandwich was okay, not the best. My go to is bacon egg and cheese + bagel. Blood orange refresher is pretty good. Sausage egg and cheese was amazing. Pesto grilled cheese is better in person, not melty when it arrives. Lastly the Boneless Spare Ribs not only did they not follow the note of cooking them well done, but to get a small tin thats not even all the way full at $12.95 was just so disapointing. Now, the food wasnt bad, just not great to be at those prices. First and last time I'll order here. "
