"My daughter loved the Kids Penne Pink Sauce, and it looked similar to the menu photo. The pear pasta was delicious. I was afraid to order it, thinking it might taste too pear-heavy, but it did live up to its reputation. We didn't eat the tiramisu yet, but it looks amazing! The arroncini balls were tasty and moist, but I'm not a big fan of the saffron addition. The arroncini in southern Italy taste more hearty, and have more meat sauce. I took a picture of the inside so, you can see how they look. They're not bad, but the saffron is a distraction that takes away for the taste of the meat sauce (in my humble opinion). I'm also Persian, so saffron is used differently in our home. I would order again, it was a great value because of their promos (2 for 1 arroncini and 2 for 1 tiramisu). I ordered an extra kids penne because of the great price! It's my first order, so I cannot speak to the consistency."

They even threw in some fresh sourdough bread with a side of garlic butter. the portions were big enough that it turned into four meals. Unfortunately I am moving, but I hope to find this place another time hopefully in San Mateo. I added Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes that are requested on calling. the gentleman that answered the phone spoke English without an accident was articulate, efficient, energetic, and polite. Ordering from a restaurant that is out of you're "free" circle is even more important to make sure I got my money's worth. Pretty much didn't disappoint. Got a few things (for two people, of course) The RIGATONCINI was a happy place pasta. Yes i went there. I was happy. Please get this. It's just what you needed. Then the ZITI CHICKEN PARMIGIANA the surprise-yet-listed ziti base made it all especially yumbos. The chicken parma was just plain bliss. Also got the MARGHERITA and added some sausage, becasue, why not. Of course, since my order was from a little bit farther away, I did expect my food to be relatively cold. The pizza was cold, all the mozzerella had melted into the crust. I put a few slices in the toaster oven. the texture was primarily still there, but the topper was the sauce. If you don' t have a good sauce, you can't make it bad. Everything was flattened out and one color, like i said, but still a nice little pizza. Also got the WINTER SALAD . Needed some greens. That was yumbos. Fresh and lovely. The butternut squash durned-near filled up beyond filling. The dressing was on the sweet side, which lovingly complimented the butternut squash well. "

"I had the Marechiaro and the Tiramisu. The Marechiaro is squid ink pasta with scallops and clams. It arrived still hot. It was terrific. I wish I had thought to order garlic bread. It would've gone great with this dish. The Tiramisu was very good. It was a good portion that got a little smashed in the to go container, but it still tasted like Tiramisu. This last order of Super Hawaiian (Large 16"), the paper was stuck to the bottom of the pizza and the entire bottom crust of the pizza had to be taken off prior to eating.
