The Al pastor itself tasted great but there was a lack of tomato in there, the bread was easily crumbled and while I did ask for extra onions, without the tomatoes they were pretty strong. Perhaps an option to have the onions grilled/sautéed, as well as being able to order 2 different proteins (which may be a DoorDash user interface thing), would be nice too? It wasn't it horrible but did feel 'mid' as the kids say. Hopefully they take this feedback and improve so they can thrive! I'll try the torta again in a week or 2 to see if there are any changes."

"First time ordering from this establishment. I ordered a few things, including the Birria Torta Delux with extra consomme. A few minutes after I sent the order, I got a DD call from the restaurant telling me that they had just ran out of Birria and if I'd like to change the order. The person I spoke to was just the nicest lady and was sincerely sorry she couldn't fulfill my order. After changing my Torta meat to Asada, the order came swiftly. She also made sure the payment was adjusted. I really appreciated that. First out of the gate and into the gullet was that torta. Did not disappoint. Delicious. Pupusas were next. They were still hot, like hot off the fryer, and just perfect. And big. Also got the Pozole, because I needed some hot soup for a chilly night. SO full of hominy and flavor. Thank you Tres Hermanos people. You get a gold star for not only food, but also just being nice. I'll be coming back often. "
