The Sunomono is a refreshing salad and the Shrimp Shumai is a light appetizer to get started. And the Mr. Sushi Deluxe is my go to main course. It also comes with 2 miso soups. This is a large meal which can be split between two people, or you can enjoy the leftovers for later. The sushi is always fresh and yummy and the presentation is so beautiful and inviting. The pictures I took are of my door dash order. You can see the detail and care they took preparing and plating the food and the pride they have in making it for their customers. I will say that the chicken katsu in the Build Your Own Ramen 拉面Diy is delicious. Crispy, if you eat it fast enough before the broth soaks it. Today's California Roll arrived slightly warm, the way it should be. We just devoured all of it in 1 minute while unpacking the food items. It's like eating the Cali Roll onsite... so good... Their Bowl of White Rice was cooked very well, not too soft, and not too hard. This is a true rarity in DMV. Most eateries in DMV, even Asian/Chinese/Japanese outlets, don't know how to properly cook their carb like rice, grains or pasta. Most cook them Al Dante and expect customer to have an exceptional digestive system to process them. The rice is so important for an Asian/Chinese/Jap store but especially in our case, as we also ordered the Saba Shioyaki and Sake Kama to go with the rice. "First of all, our order came late because the restaurant took a long time to make the food. Daegu Maeun Tang / 대구매운탕 and Yukgae Jang / 육계장 were very bland. The meat in the Yukgae Jang / 육계장 is not the kind of meat you put in this soup. The Tonkatsu was very little for the price. We are so used to the Vienna location quality that we thought it would be the same but it was far from the same. "

"This was our first order from here. We ordered the Pu Pu Platter (For 2) , Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, and the Kung Pao Chicken and all were excellent. This was the best Chinese we've had in our 6 years in Loudoun. The Ribs were beefy, the egg rolls were large and crispy and the hot mustard was actually hot. The Shrimp in Garlic Sauce had good flavor and the Kung Pao Chicken had some heat. Everything was fresh and flavorful."
