I had the Fajita-Dilla with chicken. We also got the following (the flavor, presentation, and quality for everything was amazing!) Chips: light, thin, not greasy Salsa: perfect balance of heat Queso: smooth, creamy, DELICIOUS Guac: wow - *almost* sweet Side of carne asada: flavor was to die for! (though it was a *tad* overcooked - but that could be carryover cooking during the delivery). Desert-Churro cariveno … looks incredible, but at the moment we are STUFFED and literally cannot eat another bite. Not cheap - but good lord, I can’t remember enjoying Mexican this much in I can’t remember how long.
