Worse than having no flavor is meat tasting like meat. If I give this a 3rd try, I will do it earlier in the day or night instead of right before they close. Maybe there will be a difference. But definitely had way better at other restaurants. Not sure if I'd recommend this place for Pork Mofongo. And the sauce was vinegary instead of garlicky. Also, other restaurants gives 2 cups of sauce when this place gives only 1, which isn't enough. I could barely swallow half of it.As of now I don't recommend!"

Tuna Avocado Salad was not at all what I expected- there were some small chunks of tuna with avocado mixed together with a variety of vegetables (cucumber, cabbage tomatoes) and spicy Mayo. Pink Love roll was weird and very badly rolled, fell apart as soon as I tried to pick it up. Very little salmon, LOTS of cream cheese. Not great.
Chashu Buns (2) buns were plain bad. Like, I took two bites and threw them out level bad. Dry, flavorless, just not good at all. I figured this would be a safe bet, I was wrong.
Crunchy Spicy Salmon roll was fine. Nothing to write home about, nothing to really complain about either.
Only standout was the Pepper Tuna, which of course I ordered the least of. Wish I'd traded out everything else for more of this."

"The Classic Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious. The broth is flavorful and the noodles are perfectly soft. I added some pickled ginger and bok choy to mine along with corn. The meat (pork belly) was a little fattier than I'd like, but it was well cooked and seasoned. I'll try the brisket next time

I also added bursting Passion fruit Boba which I was trying for the first time. They burst as soon as you chew on them kind of like a gusher lol. It tasted good but I missed the original Boba. Not knocking on them tho! It was great! Just not what I'm used to
