I got the hot open pot roast sandwich which comes with soup or salad, potato and vegetables. So under special requests I asked for a side of extra gravy and either curly fries or a baked potato. The bag was very light so I knew the amount of food was going to be disappointing. Really what I received was incredibly sad and disgusting, especially for the price. The only side I got was a salad with NO dressing. They didnt give me any potatoes or veggies. The "pot roast" was some low grade meat on 2 thick slices of bread to make it look like more with some orange- brown gravy. More on the orange side. I've never seen pot roast gravy that color . So I am grateful they didn't give me the extra side that I asked for, since it was beyond gross. Definitely my worse food delivery ever. I don't understand how a place that serves food like this manages to stay in business. So gross I couldnt even consider trying something else from them. "

Great start. however, the pizza was a little meh. I'm from New Haven and I'm italian/ American. I consider myself somewhat of a pizza connoisseur. Of course no one else does, but.... the pizza lacked flavor. I had small mooze with my favorite vegetables. It badly needed salt, which i provided and that helped. If there was garlic, i didn't taste it. I had a couple of slices and gave up. The price was also high. 21.00 for small pie with tĥe veggies. I will say, bless them that they gave me free priority delivery, because of my disappointment at my last visit. Shows real customer service. I probably won't order pizza here again, but because of their kindness, I might order a sub or one of their other dishes"

"The turkey egg and cheese on the multi grain was good. The iced hazelnut coffee was so bitter, it had no sugar I believe and it was extremely dark. There was no option to add sugar and there was no option to add a note to the restaurant such as "add sugar or light and sweet". The hazelnut flavor doesn't pop, it has a bitter, cinnamon like taste. The portion was great. I may order again for their signature drinks. I had to add milk and sugar. The picture I attached is after adding milk."
