The chop suey is a pile of soggy bean sprouts and nothing else. Everything is inexplicably moist. I'm going to refry it after it sits in the fridge tomorrow and dries out, and I expect the result will be far superior to what they served me. I am not satiated. I am sad and unfulfilled. I would like to say that I will not order again, but I am weak and I like Chinese food when I'm hungover, and this is the only place that's open early."
