Prepared correctly with good flavor and the perfect char. Bbq Sauce- we got hot honey on all of our meat as the sauce. It tasted more like just honey bbq. The sauce was a super small portion and poured on top of the meat. I would recommend the restaurant send the sauce in portioned cups rather than on the meat."
