The Bluefin Tuna Belly Nigiri, while a bit on the expensive side, was absolutely delicious. As was the Sea Urchin Nigiri. The Sea Bream Nigiri had a different flavor profile that I quite enjoyed. "I've lived in AZ all my life (26 years) and Sushi Doraku is by FAR the best sushi restaurant in the state. Extremely underrated especially with the overpriced Squid Ink next door. Weekdays they have 2 separate happy hours and even if you miss them everything is reasonably priced. I've never ordered a roll or appetizer that I didn't love! The gyoza dumplings and Golden Avocado are our favorite appetizers. They have endless rolls and sashimi options but my go-to roll is the Sweet Thang fried roll! "Everything was delicious! I love it when sushi smells great before taking a bite. The Caterpillar Roll and the Tumi Special were my favorites part of the whole meal. The Shrimp Chow Mein, Teriyaki Chicken and Kung Pao Beef were all good. The shrimp was fresh. The chicken was not too sweet. The beef was not overly tenderized and very lean. The Crab Rangoon does have some sweetness in the filling, but glad it had green onion and a tangy more than sweet dipping sauce. The Pork Ramen with Tonkotsu broth was well balanced and the pork was generous! The Taro Smoothie was very tasty and less sweet as advertised; I could even go less sweet but thats preference. I appreciate simple food done right and they have paid attention to detail!"

"Ordered the Minions Combo (Choose 3), Salmon Nigiri, and Miso Soup. This was my second time ordering delivery from Yellowtail Sushi and both times have been fantastic. The fish is fresh, and the rolls have all been delicious. My miso was still extremely hot both times (even after a 15 minute drive) , which is a bonus since I've received it almost cold from a few other sushi places that I've ordered from.
