Pros: Clean, order ahead option on website and/or DoorDash as well as in person, great quality fresh ingredients and pastries, eggs cooked fresh in eyeshot (unlike reheated frozen Dunkin or Starbucks), friendly staff, option to have your bagels cut thin for sandwiches (doesn’t change price), worth the price. Things to consider: This is a grab and go establishment so there’s no seating. There are no dairy free specialty drinks. If you order ahead and they are out of the specific bagel you ordered, they say on every platform that they will replace it with a plain bagel. I’ve never had it happen though. Con: The twice cooked “hash browns” are honestly the worst I’ve ever had. They’re like hot small potato skin with 1/2 the potato inside with kraft Mac n’ cheese dust on it. What I order: Bacon avocado & tomato egg sandwich on an everything bagel and 1 egg. It comes with an amazing tomato spread. My husband orders the Bacon & cheddar egg sandwich on a plain bagel. There was a smaller portion of potato salad than is typically given, and the pita bread was hard and crunchy on the edges instead of soft like it always is from the other location. There was also an excessive amount of seasoning sprinkled on the pita----too much for my liking and more than I have ever seen when ordering the same thing from the Big Bend location. I first called the restaurant unbeknownst,. the manager Monica answers the phone I tell her I am a potential new customer looking on doordash to order can you tell me about the gorditas and also the rice she tells me about the rice the size of the rice mind is not even the small of a small size cup it is a very small there's a picture that you can see they charge you $2.50 for about 4 bites of rice not to mention the gorditas which are lightly usually so you can eat them we're very hard on the edges and also on the inside so it's very hard to even eat them without feeling like you're going to crack your teeth. not to mention I called back to let Monica she was quite rude and rushing my call. Could not enjoy food hard and rice bland."

"The Layered Chocolate Cake was gritty and crazy small for $10 it is something I cannot recommend. The Carbonara Chicken Pasta with Grilled Chicken has absolutely no seasoning and the chicken also no seasoning was crazy dry for again the price I regret ordering. The Chicken Parmesan Sandwich had the most flavor out of everything but with such a tiny amount of sauce that's absorbed into the dry store bought bread for again the price is crazy overpriced I could get better quality and flavor meal at Olive Garden. I will never be back. Chef Mike had a huge hand in this bland experience."

"Extremely small portions. Food was poorly made. For the prices they are charging this is a rip off! I will never order from here again.And I suggest you don't waste your money or your time. I ordered the Double Smothered Bacon Asiago Chicken and the chicken Carbonara Chicken Pasta with Grilled Chicken. The Double smothered chicken breasts were extremely small. Came with 1/2 of a scoop of mashed potatoes and1/2 of a scoop ofcoleslaw. The mashed potatoes were runny and got all over the smothered chicken. The Carbonara Chicken Pasta with Grilled Chicken had hardly any sauce or any of the vegetables that were supposed to be in the pasta. And the grilled chicken was at best half of a breast of chicken. Extremely small. For the prices that they are charging for these entrees and the portions that they are giving this is an extreme rip off!!"
