"Late-night Asian fusion eats that do not disappoint. We tried both roll and bowl, and were left pleasantly satisfied. Fried Noodles/udon are udon with assorted veg (broccoli, green onion, bean sprouts) and your choice of protein. I chose shrimp which came juicy and perfectly cooked (even delivered). only note is that the shrimp seem to be lightly battered and ended up being soggy. this wasn't a problem as the coating was so light, it wasn't noticeable. The portion size was huge too. I almost couldn't finish it. The sushi items I ordered (Salmon / 6 Pcs , Ika Nigiri / 2 Pcs , Salmon (Atlantic) Nigiri / 2 Pcs ) were all made fresh to order and delicious. you can tell care and attention goes into the sushi as the garnish is not your cookie cutter sushi joint "plastic grass" and iceberg lettuce.
