"All of my previous orders have been perfect. This time not so much. The Mash Potato I paid over $10 for, was barely 2 table spoons. The Chargrilled Steak Sandwich I paid over $30 for, had a thick layer of black rubbery burnt cheese, the bread was soggy & I had to pull the whole thing apart and rebuild it. The Cheese Chips I paid over $20 for were cold & hard. I understand hot food will cool down during the time it takes to be delivered, but the delivery or the Dasher cannot be blamed - I'm 1.8km from the restaurant & I watched the Dasher on the map waiting for my order to be ready & then come directly to me.
