I get the Peshwari Naan every time -- the sweetness and nut oils help to give the palate a break from masala or vindaloo. The Vegetable Samosas benefit from the tamarind chutney in the same way. Star Special Pillau Rice is always a treat with the cashews and raisins, perfect for adding hits of sweetness to a saag or a masala without changing the sauce itself into a tikka masala or a korma.
Goat bones may require some extra work to avoid, but de-boning the meat from the Goat Masala is the least worrisome way to enjoy over rice."
