"I ordered via DoorDash specifically so I could leave a review here. Mola is great. Normally I go for the king salmon, but the regular ol' Scottish Salmon as sashimi was very good as well. Fresh, a nicely cut and generous portion with good flavor and melt in your mouth texture. I always get the Bluefin Toro Shiso CR because I just like it. It's hard to find things with shiso and it pairs well with the fatty toro, in my opinion. I've had this roll I think five times now and it's been good every time.
Also recommended: King salmon chirashi; sakura masu; the pork bun; otoro nigiri or sashimi. I didn't love the red Hokkaido uni but it's kind of the wrong season AND it's been 20 years since I last had any, so it's possible my palate has changed. I'll be trying it again in the winter months, though!
