"deli time was a little inaccurate by a few minutes but once i was inside i was greeted immediately. my order came swift and hot! the catfish was crispy and so good and flavorful, there was only two pieces of okra which were crunchy & crispy. it really did ADD a flavor balance. the grits were perfect! not runny or too thick and it paired amazingly with the collard greens. the collard greens were restaurant style. don't expect grannies greens but they were really good anyway . i enjoyed this dish ! very southern meal "
