I highly recommend pairing it with their homemade schog hot sauce. It is the perfect blend of herbaceous and heat that elevates the Chicken Pita to another level. "I cannot get enough of this place. When I found out they started doing DoorDash I felt like my prayers were answered. The chicken is always cooked to perfection as is the rice. It's just a flavorful never ever overcooked. I get the chicken just kebab without the grilled vegetables, but they have an option for that. The perfect portion size it's like a full breast of chicken that they use and always fresh.
I am obsessed with the shepherd salad. I don't know what they do to season them, but I eat it with a spoon and I can drink the juice that it sits in the hummus is so delightful. It's so smooth and there's a lot of it. It lasts me days and there is nowhere that I can find that serves puffy bread like Mado."
