"The Francos Ribeye Hoagie was fantastic, but the side of fries were rock hard like they were microwaved and too long at that. Also the Fiesta Fries were great. Could of had more bacon, there was like only 1 slice maybe 1 and a half, but plenty of cheese and a good portion of fries"

"All food was cold and soggy. The bread for the fish sandwich was tough and the cheese was burnt. Fish itself was extremely dry. Onion rings would have been tasty had they not been so soggy. Pick 2 Chicken Tender basket shows fries and coleslaw in the photo yet they did not include the fries."
