Ikura has a nice sake marinated flavor, Tobiko has an umami flavor. Saba has a good flavor profile, not too briny, and was garnished well. All of the rolls tasted fresh and are the quality I expect in good sushi. Also loved the micro greens in the Seaweed Salad.
