"Our family is quite fond of the food from the various El Pollo Loco restaurants ..but have to admit, of all the El Pollo franchises I have ever been experienced, this particular restaurant needs some serious improvement. All 3 pcs. of the chicken from the 3 piece meal was incredible dry right to the bone. Then there was very little meat on each separate individual pieces of the chicken. In fact, one was a little more than burnt as the skin was half blackened on that piece. The corn salad was unbelievably bland as can be. On top of this, the number of condiments was not according per our request therefore we had a shortage of sauces even. Overall, we felt like it was wasted money on top of a "not-so-great experience" with this particular restaurant."

"Th food has a been tasty and I usually order the same food. I always add the same special instructions but the last 2 orders have been disappointing. I ordered a Hard Shredded Beef Taco and there w hardly any meat plus it was so overcooked it was harder than beef jerky. I also ordered 4 Menudo (Large) With NO Tortillas and asked for no pata/foot a the large containers had hardly any meat an were mostly all just broth. None of the special instructions were followed. So so disappointing. "
