"Guys my local chicken shop was closed, so I took a chance because it was the only place open easter weekend, and boy am I glad I did!! Chicken was fresh, skin crispy and juicy! Scallop Potatoes to die for. The best gravy I've had at a chicken shop that isnt a vat of salt, and chips were AMAZING. Not a dry, shrivelled piece of chicken or chips in sight. I don't think the cold brew is actually cold brew but just cold long black, because it is too bitter, and they added waaaay too much milk to this one, I thought it would just be a dash of milk in a cold brew but it was the other way around, like a cup of milk with an espresso over the top. "Had a wonderful conversation with the owner today, he does read the reviews and takes on board what the customers are saying which is really refreshing. Had the opportunity to try some of his other products today and not surprisingly they were really good. The beetroot salad was very tasty and had a touch of sweetness to it which was lovely and his potato salad was excellent, the potatoes were cooked to perfection and they weren't heavily dressed, but the dressing itself was delicious. This has to be one of my favourite places. I don’t know if I have mentioned this but the portion sizes are value for money."
