It had decent flavor and did break apart but the broth tasted like miso soup. It wasn't terrible, I'm glad I was home though to have a bowl because there was no way I was pouring broth into a platter like that. Nor was the bowl big enough to put stuff into the container of the broth. A bit disappointed only because I've really been wanting to try this place out."
