The lid of the chips was wide open when it arrived (the top flap hadn't been folded so it wasn't just a case of it popping open after being closed). But we live close to the store so they wouldn't have been as cold as they were had they left the store when the order was ready to go... The dasher messaged us from the store to say they were still waiting on our food to be ready (more than enough time had passed since placing the order for it to be ready). My suspicions were confirmed when the food eventually left the store, as the dasher made another delivery before ours, which they had to go the opposite way for, it wasn't on the way at all. The burgers surpassed our expectations, though, redeeming the order overall and the reason for giving the a thumbs up. Vego burgers are a gamble to order, and to be honest there aren't many places that do a good one. That said the picklebird burger was definitely something I'd get again! It was really yummy, great textures and a good size too. If they're this good cold, I'm really looking forward to try one warm!"

Portion size may be slightly below expected for a $7 large but I was so surprised at the quality I didn't mind at all"
