The Nova Scotia Lobster Bisque was mild. It was good. I'm used to a different tastng lobster bisque but this was good as well. Overall, everything was excellent. "The Prime NY Sirloin Steak and Frites is one of my favorites with the au poivre sauce. Never a disappointment. The Shrimp Jambalaya Rice is perfectly seasoned, the Mediterranean Style Grilled Octopus is not chewy (which is easy to have happen), the lobster Homemade Burrata Cheese with Lobster-meat was a nice medley of flavors and the Yellowfin Tuna Tartare Crisp was nice and refreshing. I would get it again especially if I wanted an alternative to pasta. It came flat so before I ate anything I moved it around with my fork to show there was a lot of seafood underneath. SHORT RIB CAVATELLI needed finishing salt and pepper but it was delicious and creamy GRILLED CALAMARI really good with the fresh lemon SPINACH needed salt and pepper PARMESAN FRIES WERE AWESOME! The filling also suffered from overcooked lobster, leaving it bland and one-dimensional. Beyond taste, the presentation was uninspired, with no garnish or thoughtful plating, making the dish feel rushed. For the price, this meal lacked both value and appeal. Improvements in portion size, sauce consistency, seafood preparation, and presentation would make for a far better experience."
