I order no heat, which has good flavor with a tiny bit of heat, which is balanced perfectly with the creamy sweet heat from the sauce and the acidity of the pickle, the slightly sweet acidity and crunch of the slaw, and the grilled brioche bun. The chicken breast is HUGE, bigger than the bun, and always perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. I've ordered the tenders before, but the meat from the sandwich is juicier and more tender, and I find I prefer that, even on days I eat it without the bun, with the slaw and pickles on the side and get extra sauce to dip it, tender-style.
