The bread must have been made same day, it was The perfect substrate to make a French toast that was crispy and buttery outside while spongy and sweet inside. the fruit (cantaloupe and watermelon) was fresh, cut uniformly. the Breakfast Sandwich, made with a brioche bun was delicious.
