"I came in from out of town, this is the first thing I had the first full day I was here by suggestion of my local hosts. Got the Mike Sandwich on an everything bagel with ham and bacon added, perfect breakfast sandwich choice. I also had the power protein smoothie, strawberry banana with peanut butter and extra whey. Not nearly as thick as a lot of smoothies I've had strawberry and banana flavor, a proper drink that was good and nutritious."
