"The mac n cheese was good. Rice and beans ok. The plantains were over cooked and dry. The oxtails were tender and they give you alot of food. The problem is the oxtails weren't seasoned enough and it doesnt taste like authentic Jamaican food. It literally tasted like packaged brown gravy with no seasoning. Note to cook the portions are perfect the recipe needs improvement. Maybe some thyme, something for spice, a bit of brown sugar......I dont know but anything to give it some flavor. "
