For fast food I don't think you can beat the value and quality of Harvey's . Again, better packaging is required. 6. I paid extra for toast (one small slice for $3.00) and Hollandaise. 7. Overall, terrible value. Seems the restaurant staff take no pride in their work (although this could come from management). Total price with taxes, service charges and tip was over $40. Outrageous."
