I think it’d help if you basted the corn with butter while grilling ( im guessing it was grilled due to the black charred lines) The parmesan didn’t really add any flavour and just made the texture worse , so maybe drop that. The Mad Mac Fries tasted alright but were really heavy. Adding some fresh herbs or maybe jalapeños or peppers could help balance it out and cut through the richness."
