"I enjoy dining at BJ's restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend ordering from them through Doordash. More often than not, my orders through Doordash have been disappointing. For instance, tonight I ordered the Enlightened Asian Chopped Salad, but when it arrived, it was excessively dressed, leaving the lettuce soggy, the wontons limp, and the portions of chicken and bell peppers inadequate. Upon contacting the restaurant, the manager stated that they couldn't address the issue since I placed the order through Doordash. Despite recognizing that the problem wasn't with Doordash, I suggested that they provide a gift certificate from the restaurant as a resolution."
