I've been out of work for 6 months with a broke leg and I literally spent my last bit of money to buy this order and to tip my doordash driver. and this is the trash that they send me. the cook saw they were burnt and put them in there the server whose job to check it before they pack it up either did and packed it anyway or didn't bother and now I'm paying $22 for three burnt chicken tenders and undrinkable inedible shakes. I've been a server for 20 years so I complain very rarely and I'll put up with a lot. but I think for the first time ever in my life I want my food recooked and I'd like my money back both..."

And I can only give my suggestion, but for what it's worth I literally would never order from this restaurant ever because it's just gonna be a complete waste of your money and I'm basically just throwing it down the drain, which is kind of crazy to do especially since DQ is not the cheapest. I do wanna add that only reason why there's one piece of toast in the box is because I ate with one of the pieces (it usually comes with 2, I ordered extra so it should've had 4).
