"we have loved filibertos for years. new location opened in our neighborhood and we were very excited. we ordered a pick up order. pulled in drive through and no one would answer, drove up to the window and no one would open, parked the car walked up to the window and still no answer.had to aggressively knock on the glass to get service. the employee acted as if I was bothering him. extremedy rude and no apology. to top it off he had no idea an order was placed. while sitting outside I witnessed 2 other vehicles try to order, then went to the window, with no service. as a business owner I know the expense of opening a new branch. so I feel obligated to write this review so the owner can try to correct. I can't imagine this is how he or she would want employees to behave. to top it all off when we got home... the order was wrong and missing paid for side item. my fault for not inspecting the order while on site. the food we did get was good."
