All the portions are large,and it's not just an overwhelming heap of noodles, (though they are so tasty I probably wouldn't mind!)you get lots of veggies and a generous portion of well seasoned flavorful meat throughout. I personally am a fan of SAUCY Yakisoba and I added a little note in the special directions section requesting extra and they were kind enough to put in extra side sauces WITHOUT forgetting. I also dislike mushrooms A GREAT deal and asked if they could leave them out, AND THEY DID!!!
